Does RemotePass share my data with AI models?

No. RemotePass Ask AI does not share or use your data to train its AI models.
Your information stays within your own environment and is used only for contextual purposes to help you interact with your data. We do not aggregate, sell, or feed your data into AI training pipelines, and strict privacy, security, and compliance measures ensure responsible and secure usage.

Which model does RemotePass Ask AI use?

RemotePass Ask AI uses Anthropic’s Large Language Model (LLM) for natural language understanding.It is trained on the RemotePass Knowledge Base and internal datasets created by our payroll, legal, and HR teams. Your data is never used to train the underlying LLM itself, and all usage complies with our strict privacy and security standards.

How does RemotePass Ask AI ensure privacy and compliance?

What is the RemotePass Ask AI?

It’s a smart assistant built into RemotePass that gives you instant, secure answers from your company’s data. Ask AI helps you interact with HR and payroll data, run simulations, access compliance details for 150+ countries, and get product support, all in one place.

Can Ask AI take actions or make changes?

Not yet. Right now, Ask AI provides quick answers. Action capabilities will be available soon.

What kind of questions can I ask?

Anything from “What’s the cost to hire an employee in Egypt?” to “Who submitted the most expenses last quarter?” If the data lives in RemotePass and you have access, Ask AI can answer.

Does it support charts or just text?

It supports both answers can be text, tables, or charts depending on what’s most useful.

How do we activate Ask AI?

Ask AI is available to active clients.
Admins log in, click on Ask AI, and request access. Your Customer Success Manager will approve it. Ask AI is in BETA now and will soon be available to everyone.

How much does it cost?

Ask AI is free for all active clients.

Is RemotePass Ask AI available in different languages?

Yes. You can interact with Ask AI in any language, and you’ll receive responses in the same language you use.
