WPS (Wage Protection System) is a UAE and KSA government requirement for paying employees through approved channels. RemotePass automates WPS-compliant payroll processing for both markets.
Do you support GOSI calculations for KSA?
Yes. RemotePass automatically calculates GOSI contributions for both employer and employee, alongside DEWS and GPSSA where applicable.
Can I manage both local employees and global contractors on the same platform?
Yes. RemotePass lets you run payroll for UAE and KSA direct hires, EOR employees, and remote contractors from a single dashboard.
Can employees be paid in USD as well as local currency?
Yes. RemotePass supports payments in AED, SAR, and USD depending on the employee's preference and contract setup.
Do I need my own entity in UAE or KSA to use local payroll?
Yes. RemotePass local payroll is designed for companies with existing entities in UAE or KSA. If you don't have an entity, our Employer of Record service may be a better fit.
How long does payroll processing take?
Once approved, payroll is processed and salaries hit employee accounts [timeframe] via WPS or direct transfer.
