Employee Leave Policies
Sick days
Sick leave is dependent on the length of time an employee has worked for the employer
- For four years of work, one month of leave is granted
- For ten years of work, three months of leave is granted
- For 10 years and more of work, four months is granted
- For 15 years of work, siz months is granted
Maternity leave
The first month of the 119 days of maternity leave is paid by the employer and the rest is paid by EFKA. Before childbirth, 56 days can be taken off. In addition, six months of leave are paid by the labor Employment Office at minimum wage.
Paternity leave
2 days are granted as paid paternity leave after childbirth.
