Unlimited PTO
Allows employees to use fully paid unlimited leave.
Rather than restricting the total number of days of paid leave an employee is permitted, some employers offer unlimited PTO. This allows employees to use fully paid leave without restricting the number of days they take off from work. There are no ‘time banks’ to withdraw from and employees do not need to worry if they have enough days saved to cover leave plans later in the year.
